Welcome to Hojuyogi. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hojuyogi mobile application and related services (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, you will maintain the security of your account, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to keep your login credentials secure, not impersonate other users, and not create accounts for malicious purposes.
3. User-Generated Content
Hojuyogi allows users to create and share content such as posts, comments, images, and other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it you grant Hojuyogi a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
4. Prohibited Content and Behavior
Hojuyogi has zero tolerance for objectionable or abusive content. Users must not post or share content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, violent, illegal, spam, misleading, or that violates another person’s privacy or rights.
Accounts that violate these rules may have their content removed or may be suspended or permanently banned.
5. Reporting and Moderation
To maintain a safe environment, users may report inappropriate content through in-app reporting tools, block other users to prevent further interaction, and reported content may be reviewed by moderators.
Hojuyogi reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms, suspend or terminate accounts, and restrict access to the Service. These actions may occur without prior notice.
6. Blocking Users
Users may block other users within the app. When a user is blocked, their content may be hidden from the blocking user and interaction between users may be restricted.
7. Location Data
Hojuyogi may request access to your location information to provide features such as displaying posts or content relevant to your area and showing nearby community information. Location data is used only to improve the user experience and is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Hojuyogi does not guarantee that the Service will always be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hojuyogi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
